How it works

1) LOG IN

Before you can access all the features of the site you must be registered to do so, please click on "Log In" In a few clicks fill out your personal file by including your username and password that will give you private access to the service.

Web site registration and the independent research of the spaces are free, while the request of the agency location and the insertion of a tab dedicated to an exhibition space will be charged.

2) HOW TO SEARCH AND ENTER LOCATION

Once registered, please login with your username and password, you can decide whether to enter or search a location. Let us examine the two cases separately:

Search / query location: There are two ways to search locations: one independent and one through an agency:

Search location independently: the independent research allows it to anyone looking for a location to browse our database and find the space that best satisfy him without any intermediary intervention by our agency, contact the owners will be visible and usable. After the login you can search location through parameters by clicking on “SEARCH LOCATION” on the menu.
Require location to agency: Search through our agency allows, to anyone looking for a space to request assistance to an operator in research, surveys and intermediation with the owners of the spaces.
The search service agency has a fixed cost of 100 € + VAT which will be paid on C/C by bank transfer to enable and start the search.
When the search ends with the rental of space we have proposed service fee will be refunded or deducted from the cost of rent. To send the request to the operators simply fill out the form by clicking on REQUIRE LOCATION on menu.

Insert location: just access to the page "INSERT LOCATION" and complete the form dedicated to the cataloging of the location. Once completed the card and insert images. The card will be present in the database milan location was "off" (disabled).
At this point just to make the payment of 250 € + VAT by bank transfer and send receipt of the same, a once you have verified your payment the tab will be posted online for a period of 12 months.

3) PAYMENT AND INVOICING SERVICE FOR THOSE WHO ENTER A SPACE OR REQUIRE ASSISTANCE IN FINDING

Once completed the card of insert location or the require location that will be present in the database or sent to the operators of Milanolocation.

At this point you have to make payment of 250€ + VAT for the cards and 100€ + VAT for those who require assistance, through bank transfer and send copy of it, once verified by our payment, the card will be published online and the applicant will be contacted to begin the search.

For users who enter more than one location are provided for privileged prices:

1 location: 250 € + VAT

2 location: 230 € + VAT each location

3-5 location: 200 € + VAT each location

5 - 10 location: 150 € + VAT each location

a) payment with bank transfer

Once compiled and loaded the card or made a request for location search, you will receive an email containing all the data to make the transfer.

b) payment confirmation

Send an e-mail at giulia@studiolabo.it with a copy of the payment or the payment code CRO and contact details of billing.

The sending of the copy of payment need to get your card online right now otherwise you will have to wait for the time required for accreditation of the transfer.

c) receipt of confirmation of payment

Once we receive confirmation of payment the card location will be put online and then be visible to all visitors to the website in the case of research the applicant will be contacted to begin the search.

d) send invoice by email

Regular invoice will be sent via email.
